Doctor Darcy England

BSc, MD, FRACGP

Dr England is a current Fellow of Royal Australian College of General practioners (FRACGP), having attained his fellowship in 2024. Dr England was born in WA and spent most of his childhood growing up on the beaches of Rockingham. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor’s of Science (BSc) in 2011 gaining further qualification in 2017 with a Masters of Medicine (MD) also at UWA. Since then Dr England has spent many years of practice in the states South Metropolitan public health services at Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle and Rockingham hospitals, finally settling into General Practice in 2022. He has developed a broad interest in multiple aspects of medicine including emergency care, mental health, men’s health, skin cancer medicine, paediatrics and general medical care. When not practicing medicine Dr England enjoys taking walks with his wife and child, and spending time with his family as much as he can.

Doctor Victor Roshan

MBChB (Auckland), FRACGP

Dr Victor Roshan trained at the University of Auckland, New Zealand and obtained his primary degree (MBChB )in 2006. He has had vast transtasman hospital experiences spanning more than 15 years working mainly in New Zealand , Brisbane and Perth . He obtained his FRACGP in Western Australia in 2014 and has special interests in Men’s health, Preventative medicine, Paediatrics and General medicine 

He has a passion for theology and is an avid gardener and cook.

He is fluent in English and Malay and also able to understand Malayalam and Tamil.

Doctor Matin Amin

AMC, FRACGP, MD

Dr Matin Amin (MD , AMC, FRACGP ) has gained her AMC certificate on 2017 and started to practice as a GP at Hammond park family from 2018 onwards, she has successfully cleared FRACGP since 2021. She had 9 years of GP experience in Iran in field of family health before start of practice in Perth. She is a competent GP in different fields but her main area of interest is women health, mental health, paediatrics (children ) chronic diseases, lung conditions such as Asthma and COPD, preventative health, Antenatal care.

Doctor Michael Gendy

Dr. Gendy has over 20 years’ medical experience, He is highly qualified and experienced in diagnosing and treating skin cancers.

Doctor Ferdous Ara

MBBS

Dr Ferdous obtained a Bachelor of Surgery and Medicine (MBBS) from Bangladesh. She migrated to Australia in 2008. Then she completed her Australian Medical Council (AMC) Certificate in 2014. Before joining Hammond Park Family as GP Registrar she worked in Royal Perth Hospital and Armadale Health Services for more than 7 years in several sub specialities. Before coming to Australia, she worked in Bangladesh and Singapore. She enjoys all aspects of general practice with special interest in Diabetes Management, Geriatrics, Chronic diseases, Asthma and COPD. Dr Ferdous provides comprehensive care to all her patients. She speaks Bangla (Bengali) and English fluently.

Doctor Poonam Ghimire

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Ghimire, obtained her MBBS from Nepal in 2015, followed by FRACGP in Australia in 2024.

She has gained valuable experience working across multiple public hospitals in Western Australia, enhancing her expertise in general medicine, mental health, emergency care and paediatrics medicine. Dr Ghimire is deeply committed to promoting health awareness in the community, with a strong focus on preventative care, early disease detection, and timely intervention to ensure optimal health outcomes.

She enjoys all aspects of general practice with a particular interest in sexual health and women health. In addition, she has an interest in child health and chronic disease management ,medical Termination of pregnancy.

Doctor Zaw Thu Aung

FRACGP

Dr Zaw Aung is a fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioner as well as an accredited skin doctor from Skin Cancer College of Australasia with over a decade of GP experience who embraces all aspects of general medicine, chronic disease management, pain management, dermatology, skin cancer checks and management.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family

I’m Mohamad, an experienced podiatrist dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal foot health and mobility. I completed my Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine at Western Sydney University. I provide comprehensive care for everything in podiatry, focusing on thorough assessments and personalised treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs and lifestyle. My approach is patient-centered and evidence-based, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the care journey.

Ashlee Ryan

With over 15 years of experience in private practice, I specialise in treating a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Recently, I have begun focusing on continence and pelvic health, allowing me to effectively manage a wide spectrum of presentations including (but not limited to): mastitis, pelvic girdle pain, ante and postnatal screening/rehabilitation, continence and prolapse. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, ensuring tailored treatment plans for each patient. Whether it’s providing effective pain relief, facilitating rehabilitation, or offering personalised guidance, I am committed to optimising outcomes and enhancing their quality of life.
